These terms cover the Taiwan Market app, website, and MCP integration published by Thomas Braam.

Intended Use

Taiwan Market helps you compare produce and seafood price estimates and explore public market data. Use it as a shopping reference. It is not an official government service and does not sell products or arrange purchases.

Estimated Prices

Prices are retail estimates in New Taiwan dollars per 斤 (600 grams), unless a result states otherwise. They are not live shop quotes or guaranteed prices. Actual prices vary with quality, variety, location, supply, and seller. Confirm the price and unit with the seller before buying.

Data Freshness

The latest published market data may be older than today. Check the data date shown with each estimate. Historical prices and missing records do not establish current stock or availability. An assistant can misunderstand a product or summarize a result incorrectly; check the matched variety and underlying result.

Service Availability

Data, features, and access may change, be delayed, or become unavailable. Continuous availability and complete or error-free data are not guaranteed. Use the service reasonably and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access limits, or misuse it.

Privacy and Support

Our privacy policy explains data processing and MCP usage analytics, including how to opt out for a tool call. For questions, errors, or privacy requests, use the support page. Support uses GitHub Issues, which may be public; do not post sensitive information.
